- Fritto Misto: Calamari, shrimp, zucchini, parsley, and homemade tomato sauce.
- Burrata e Prosciutto: Burrata with 16-month aged prosciutto di Parma, arugula salad, sweet peppers, and balsamic glaze.
Entrées:
- Cacio e Pepe con Tartufo Nero: Fresh bucatini pasta finished in a Pecorino cheese wheel with freshly crushed black pepper, topped with black summer truffles.
- Branzino al Forno: Oven-roasted Branzino filet with shrimp, served with roasted potatoes and sautéed mixed vegetables in a lemon white wine sauce.
Desserts:
- Tiramisu: Homemade Italian dessert with ladyfingers, cocoa powder, mascarpone cheese, and a touch of espresso coffee.
