Home-made mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, and sweet peppers. finished with
a balsamic glaze and garnished with basil and olive oil.
Minestrone Soup or Soup of the Day
Traditional vegetables and kidney beans, garnished with ziti pasta.
ENTREE
Rigatoni al Pesto con Burrata
Rigatoni in a creamy pesto sauce, topped with a 4 oz. burrata cheese.
Served in our signature pizza bowl.
Penne Alla Vodka con Salmone
Penne pasta served in a vodka pink sauce with Alaskan salmon chunks,
diced fresh tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus.
Pollo Alla Toscana
Sautéed chicken breast in white wine, sun-dried tomato, mushrooms,
and demi cream sauce. served with a side of capellini with garlic, oil, and diced fresh tomatoes.
Branzino Marechiaro
Oven-roasted Branzino filet in withe wine, a touch of marinara, garlic, olive oil,
two mussels and two clams, served with angel hair with olive oil and garlic.
Ossobuco di Agnello (+$7)
New Zealand lamb shank slow-braised to perfection,
served with parmesan risotto and sautéed spinach.
