Our Story
Family Italian restaurant Coral Gables is what we proudly represent as a local, family-owned establishment with a knowledgeable and experienced team. Inspired by over 30 years in the restaurant industry, primarily in Italian restaurants, I have developed ideas and plans to create a place that offers excellent food and exceptional service. Finally, I have the opportunity to bring these ideas to life here at Cèrto in Miami. We take pride in using the finest, freshest ingredients to craft authentic Italian dishes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of Italy. From hand-rolled pasta to perfectly wood-fired pizzas, every meal is a celebration of flavor and tradition. Our warm, welcoming atmosphere is designed to make you feel at home, whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening out or celebrating a special occasion. We look forward to serving you and welcoming you to the family.
Our Food
We serve a combination of classic and modern Italian-inspired food at Certo, a family Italian restaurant Coral Gables. We are pleased to prepare, right in front of you, both Neapolitan and New York-style pizza as well as other dishes in our wood-burning oven. We also offer a boutique wine list to complement our chef’s creations. At Cérto, we are proud to use the best ingredients and we have an option for everyone, from homemade fresh pasta to delicious meats and seafood, to NY-style pizzas (kid’s favorite) & Neapolitan style pizzas (my favorite). All our pizzas are handmade from scratch using premium flour and the freshest toppings to create the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a family night out, our inviting atmosphere and authentic Italian menu make Certo the perfect destination for any gathering.
