  • Fritto Misto: Calamari, shrimp, zucchini, parsley, and homemade tomato sauce.
  • Burrata e Prosciutto: Burrata with 16-month aged prosciutto di Parma, arugula salad, sweet peppers, and balsamic glaze.

• Entrées:

  • Cacio e Pepe con Tartufo Nero: Fresh bucatini pasta finished in a Pecorino cheese wheel with freshly crushed black pepper, topped with black summer truffles.
  • Branzino al Forno: Oven-roasted Branzino filet with shrimp, served with roasted potatoes and sautéed mixed vegetables in a lemon white wine sauce.

• Desserts:
