This place is amazing! From the food quality and the service, it is top of the charts. They make all their ingredients here. I ordered chicken carbonara angel hair pasta and it was magical. Best pasta I've eaten in a long long time. I would highly recommend this place for all occasions.

I just had the most incredible experience at Cèrto’s Wine Pairing event. We had a five course meal that started with a magnificent appetizer paired off with Prosecco . After that food and wine only got better !! The Cacio E Pepe was the most heavenly I had ever tasted , it was a explosion of flavor. Also the wine paired with this was such a delicious red wine that wasn’t to dry or sweet !! I can go on about it… but just come and find out yourself !

Delicious and friendly and inviting so glad we picked here tonight. We had a little wine, ravioli and veal osso bucco with a marvelous desert I cannot pronounce. Wonderful staff and ambiance thank you for a lovely evening.
Neighborhood gem
The food is absolutely amazing!!! What always enhances the food? The service!!! Let me tell you. Yvonne was on top of it!! You didn’t want for anything. She is amazing. Knowledgeable about the food and the wine. This is a neighborhood gem that I was lucky to have stumbled on. Apps, meatballs,seafood pasta and osso bucco. Wow!!!

So Delicious
Upon arrival to Cèrto we were warmly greeted by the manager on duty and the staff. Our waitress Ivonne was very pleasant, funny, and knowledgeable. Just the interaction made a huge difference for us. There is a peaceful, family oriented vibe to the place, excellent for a family lunch or a date.
The food is delicious. We ordered the penne alla vodka and the pollo ala piccata. We also had the soup of the day and caprese salad to start. I have to say that everything was amazing, but the white sauce and capers in the pollo ala piccata was the winner for me. It was perfectly balanced, light and savory. For dessert we had the pistachio gelato and the tiramisu (so delicious!). The wine selection is ample and they have half bottles! We were sent off with the same warmth we were welcomed so we will definitely be back.
Absolutely Perfect
We recently celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday at this venue, and it was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was delightful, and the setting was just right for our special occasion. The food was delicious, exceeding our expectations with every bite. I highly recommend this location for anyone planning a special event. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Did Not Disappoint
What a wonderful surprise right in my neighborhood. We don’t travel down 57th avenue much these days but had this restaurant recommended to us. It did not disappoint.

Certo is an amazing restaurant/bar to celebrate 🥂 just about any event. We came here to celebrate a graduate from medical school and the service here was just impeccable. The ambiance is amazing and this is honestly the perfect place to mark a memorable event with family and friends.
Very Authentic
Very authentic place , true to its roots , nice relaxing Italian music and soft lighting, calm peaceful environment and great , authentic tasting food , perfectly cooked great pizza and octopus and our server Gonzalo was very attentive to our needs and quick to give recommendations , would recommend you to come here.

The service was excellent! Ivonne was very polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pizza. The ambiance was perfect for brunch or a relaxing evening out, Overall I had an amazing experience and the dessert are memorable. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and made with so much love.. If you like authenticity and conviviality, this is the ideal place to spend a good evening.
Great Atmosphere
First time coming here and will definitely come back. You could tell by just the taste that the food has fresh ingredients. Our waiter Gonzalo was attentive, gave great recommendations, and also made sure to that everything we needed we got. Loved how all staff and owner made sure to not only greet you but make sure you’re satisfied with the food and services. Great atmosphere for a small gathering of close friends/ family.

Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful experience. Our server, Gonzalo, could not have been more attentive. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Every dish was delicious, but I highly recommend the lamb shank with spinach risotto. The meat fell off the bone and the risotto was creamy and perfect. This dish was amazing, one of the best I ever had. Everything we had was wonderful. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back.
Fantastic Atmosphere
I never write public reviews but the service and quality of food for the price provided at this establishment was exceptional, it was my bachelorette party and they let us sit outside in-spite of the pouring rain and then when we changed our mind they sat us inside without a blink. The food was well worth the price having me order more red wine to compliment the fantastic flavors with each bite. Highly recommend, fantastic atmosphere and better food than the north end.
Reasonable Prices
We were in Miami and decided to try Italian food for dinner. Well, Certo did not disappoint. A well-reviewed restaurant lived up to its reputation with some delicious food! My lovely fiancee had the ravioli, while I ordered the chicken parmesan. The chicken was thin and on the cheesy side. Very tasty! We thought the service was prompt and professional. The atmosphere was cozy and some great Italian songs played in the background. A side note- although we didn't have dessert, the dessert menu was extensive. In all, this restaurant was a fine choice with reasonable prices.

I recently hosted my birthday party at Certo Miami, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The event room is beautifully designed, spacious, and elegant. Always Welcoming
This neighborhood spot was most needed. The owners and servers are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food is very good with a number of specials offered each night. Yes, the main dishes are wonderful but the pizza is a favorite in house or as take out. We are so happy to have Certo just blocks from our home.

I could not say enough how astounding the food and atmosphere of this beautiful Italian experience is. Above all the way Charito takes care of us like we are her own family has to be the most heart warming feeling, bellissimo!

Spectacular
Honestly my favorite local Italian spot! Everything is always on point!! Food is SPECTACULAR! And the service is right up to par! Barbara was an excellent server and on top of what we needed. I come here about 3 times a week. Never Disappoints
Great for Date Night
We went for the Miami spice menu (which we were told will be going on every Sunday for the next year even after the off season!) and had a 3 course meal. I ordered the burrata and caccio e pepe and it was prepared in a large parmigiana wheel, but my friends pear Gorgonzola pasta stole the show. All the portion sizes were great and Barbara’s service was attentive and professional. Great for date night or a girls night out!!

I had the opportunity to celebrate Mother’s Day at Certo and I am very pleased to say that despite the rush of the holiday the food was great and the service spectacular. All waiters were very attentive to all tables. The food serving time was perfect, no long waits. Very pleased. Will come again.

I discovered Certo Miami while searching for an event space, and I’m so glad I did! The venue is beautifully designed, with a stylish and welcoming ambiance. Best Italian Restaurant
This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been in USA, Food is so tasty and so similar to the taste of food in Italy.
It is not at all expensive and the quality of the food is excellent.
The best part of all is how they treat you, so courteous, so professional.

Ate here on a work trip. The food was incredible. I took all of hevoynne’s suggestions. The farro salad was filling, textured, and absolutely delicious. The lasagne was comforting and hearty. The food was only eclipsed by the service which was outstanding.

The servers are always making sure nothing is missing or needed . I believe her name is “Charito” The restaurant is always kept sparkling clean as well as the restrooms at every time of day . Authentic
Shockingly good Italian in Miami. My wife and I came 5 days ago for lunch and it was so good, we had to come back for dinner. Everything is good; authentic and house made.
Even the usually pedestrian chicken Parmesan is somehow decadent. The best calamari I've ever had. It was actually tender with not a hint of rubberiness.
My daughter must have just me of my wife had the NY style pepperoni pizza which somehow was beyond basic pizza fare.
The service is also some of the best I have had in Miami.
I can not recommend this place more.We have now been there twice; once for lunch on a Tuesday and again for dinner on a Friday; the experience, service, and food was consistently good.

We had an intimate cocktail party here in the private wine room. The owner, Gio, went above and beyond to make sure our event was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was professional and attentive. Would recommend the private room to anyone looking to host an event!

I started with a delicious peach tea and a minestrone soup, then I had a delicious parmigiana with Caesar salad. I finished with a French-style brucciata.
